Nominations Committee

Participation: Five elected ISNA members. Chair appointed by ISNA Board of Directors. Ballot applications are open annually in Q1, with election voting leading up to the ISNA Annual Meeting of the Members in the fall.

Meetings: Monthly from October through June via Teams. Separate monthly planning meeting with Chair.

Workflow:

1. Prepare ISNA website elections page
2. Prepare ISNA election candidate application
3. Recruit election candidates to apply to run for ISNA positions
4. Create rubric to evaluate candidate applicants
5. Vet candidate applicants through use of the rubric and determine whether they shall be placed on the ballot for the positions they applied for
6. Prepare ISNA online voting information
7. Announce election results at the ISNA Annual Conference 

All ISNA members are welcome to attend a committee meeting with prior notice.
